Since the opening of our first workspace, we have successfully served a range of clients who have been integral in the building of this community.

Commer House really suits our needs as a business, we’ve found the reception team there to be friendly and helpful. It’s a lovely building that has a community feel, so your team members are always welcomed by the other tenants.

What struck us immediately was the value for money Sibling Workspace offered, with a standard of office well beyond the regional alternatives. Since we have taken the office Sibling Workspace have consistently looked to improve their offering to the tenants and invest in the facility.

Our team have never been happier at work. Commer House has contemporary offices and modern, clean facilities.
Best of all - the most welcoming and friendly team greet us every day, who really can’t do enough for you. It really would be a real challenge to find better home for your business in the Yorkshire area

Sam and Zoe are a joy to work with, nothing is too much to ask. Both Commer and York House are immaculate, professionally run and come with all the facilities you could want

We absolutely love being here - the facilities are excellent, the staff incredibly helpful & it's a modern environment that replicates who we are as a business. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to any business looking for Office Space

In 2018 HPC moved to Commer House from York, attracted by both ease of accessibility and on-site parking. But the benefits have far exceeded expectation. Accommodation represents excellent value for money with re-investment continuously ongoing. Of greater ‘value’ though is a reception / management team always willing to go the extra mile.
