Bringing a guest
The more the merrier! Your guest is more than welcome. Please sign them in at Reception.
Furniture
Furniture is included in your monthly rent! Work in comfort and ease with our ergonomical and contemporary furnishings.
Parking
We offer allocated parking for all our members. If you are not a member- there is ample amount of parking in the local areas, both paid and free.
AV equipment
We offer State of the Art AV Equipment to support presentations and video conferencing.

In 2018 HPC moved to Commer House from York, attracted by both ease of accessibility and on-site parking. But the benefits have far exceeded expectation. Accommodation represents excellent value for money with re-investment continuously ongoing. Of greater ‘value’ though is a reception / management team always willing to go the extra mile.
